EEKTRACAR -Formentera Ecologic Tour E-Bike

In the summer of 2010, I visited Formentera a small Spanish island located just west of Ibiza. The island is tiny therefore one can tour it completely during a day excursion on a scooter, electric car or the method I used on an e-bike ! I recommend the rental agency ELEKTRACAR its a friendly local establishment, family owned where you can rent not only an e-bike, but an e-scooter or e-car at affordable prices. Elektracar is located just meters aways from the ferry port.

Traveling to Spain

I will be back in Spain from December 26 to January 2

I will be visiting Barcelona (of course) and Valencia

Plus surrounding villages and towns.

I will be trying new foods, shopping, visiting friends and of course flirting with the locals !

It is wonderful to fly on Christmas day everyone is cheerful and believe it or not the airport is not that busy. Flights are a lot less expensive and deals are abundant.

I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this new show on the cooking channel called From Spain with Love. Every saturday its host Annie Sibonney takes you on a food tour to different regions in Spain. I love this show because she not only show cases local foods, customs, ingredients, markets and festivals but places to eat for the true foodie like me. She is beautiful, smart, full of joy and knows her food !!! and she loves Spain just as much as I do !!! From Spain With Love : Annie Sibonney : Cooking Channel
